Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. You may disable auto-renewal through your account settings at any time. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to cancellation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Major changes will be announced at least seven days in advance via available communication channels. You acknowledge that no compensation is due for changes or discontinuations. Continued use implies acceptance of such modifications.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials and cease further use.
All intellectual property rights in the service, including software, design, and trademarks, remain with their respective owners. No title or ownership is transferred to you by virtue of these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Violations may subject you to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with service use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which disputes will be resolved. You agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute in good faith. If resolution is not reached within thirty days, the dispute may proceed to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered.
